Low Cost Spay/Neuter

How does it work?

We are proud to participate in the Low Cost Spay/Neuter program offered by the Illinois Department of Public Health.  For qualified Illinois residents, we are able to offer core vaccinations and spay or neuter of your dog or cat for a $15 co-pay.

How do I sign up?

To participate in this program, you must apply through the Department of Public Health.  After submitting your application, you will be notified of your eligibility.  If you are approved, you will receive an official form, with an approval code.

When can I do it?

We will be happy to schedule your pet's procedure once you come to our office with your approval code and $15 co-pay.  The ideal age to spay or neuter your pet is 4-6 months.
