Getting a New Pet?

If you are thinking of getting a new pet this spring, we are happy to help you choose the right pet for your lifestyle. Smart Start Orientation: Tuesday,  February 7 and 21 please pre-register.
*Cat Chat: Litter box problems and solutions. Wednesday, March 14, 6:15 pm at Pet Supplies Plus. $10 per person.
*Dog Dialogue: Calming the Storm, Thunderstorm and Noise Phobia. Wednesday, February 22, 6:15pm at Pet Supplies Plus. $10 per person.

*Seating is limited. Please bring a lawn chair. Clients accounts are credited $5 for attending the Cat Chats or Dog Dialogues. You must sign in at the class in order to receive the credit.

" Be A tree" is a dog bite prevention workshop to help educate children and adults and keep them dog gone safe!

We are building our library of training articles, subdivided by cat and dog.  Learn how to pill your cat, teach your cat to love the crate, or apply a muzzle or basket muzzle to your dog if recommended.  New articles coming soon...

Memorial Page

We have recently added a memorial page dedicated to our beloved friends who are no longer with us.  If you have lost a pet and would like to submit a photo or memory, please email llanimalclinic@yahoo.com.  This page also contains words of inspiration and resources for grief counseling. 

Biggest Loser

Help your pet get fit. Join our friendly competition to see which pet will lose the highest percentage of body weight!  Competitors should weigh-in at the clinic every other week to monitor their progress.  We will share updates on our website and Facebook so you can see how your pet is doing compared to the competition.  Before and after pictures are also encouraged!  The final weigh-in will occur at the clinic by June 1, 2012. 

Get started with an individualized plan for your pet:

• Ideas to increase physical activity

• Suggested food puzzles so your pet actively pursues its food

• A diet recommendation with the daily calorie intake your pet needs

• Manage treats with healthy substitutions or smaller portions

• A measuring cup & measuring tape provided by us
