We encourage owners to take part in training their pets to enjoy and not just tolerate common husbandry and veterinary care such as nail trims, grooming, bathing, medicating, phlebotomy (taking a blood sample), and vaccinations. 

Cooperative veterinary care is the highest standard of medical care and requires training, and sometimes extensive behavior modification to achieve.
