During business hours our front doors will be locked.
This is to enforce social distancing- keeping you and our team safe!
Unfortunately, due to the surge in COVID 19 cases we have had to return to curbside service.
This means- we will come and get your pet from the car. If we have your cell phone number, you should have received a text message from us via our Televet system. Using the televet system will allow you to notify our team that you are in the parking lot bypassing the phone line!
All cats should be in a carrier and all dogs should have a secure collar or harness and leash.
We will continue to use treats and continually assess your pet's anxiety and or fear.
Even though pets are not carriers of the COVID-19 virus, we are thoroughly disinfecting every room between patients and rotating rooms to allow the disinfectant "sit" for an extended period of time. We are taking every precaution to prevent possible transmission.
We know this is a very difficult situation and we are honored that you entrust the care of your pet to us.
